SPD componets ID convention

Conventions

the following conventions for ID of the componets are proposed for the installations on the NICA accelerator complex.

ID consists of four numbers separated by period:

1. Theme number:

Currently 1065 for all NICA projects. Can be omitted for the internal use in most cases

2. ID of the group in the project structure:

8xx for SPD related components

3. Assembly units:

part of equipnet that is made of other components

Can be small detector unit like drift tube, or entire level of subsystem

4. Parts:
